Abstract:
A heat exchanger tube expanding device whereby cracking is difficult to occur at flared connection port when the flared connection port into which one end part of a connection tube for connecting heat exchanger tubes to each other is inserted is formed at the opening end part of the heat exchanger tube and which expands the heat exchanger tube inserted into a through-hole provided into a plurality of fins so that the tip part of a laminated body formed by laminating the plurality of fins is projected from one end side of the laminated body, characterized in that a temporary tube expanding device (10) capable of temporarily expanding a tube larger in diameter than the opening at the opening end, a primary tube expanding device (40) which performs the primary tube expansion over the entire length of the heat exchanger tubes and integrates the fins with the heat exchanger tubes, and second and third tube expanding device (80) which forms the flared insert port allowing to insert one end part of the connection tube for interconnecting the plurality of heat exchanger tubes inserted into the laminated body into the opening end part of the heat exchanger tubes are provided at a specified position near the opening end of the heat exchanger tubes projected from one end side of the laminated body.
