Abstract:
A method for operating a quantitative information extraction device operating by at least one processor comprises the steps of: receiving an input of pulse-echo data acquired by sensors of an ultrasonic probe according to beam patterns radiated to a tissue; receiving an input of an area of interest; and extracting quantitative information of the area of interest from the pulse-echo data by using a neural network trained to extract quantitative information from an input.
