Abstract:
A method and device of forming a thin film for an organic light-emitting diode and a device. The method comprises: gasifying an organic material (22) into gaseous organic molecules (24), and moving the gaseous organic molecules (24) towards the surface of a base (23); generating an electric field E at the surface of the base (23), the electric field E polarize the gaseous organic molecules (24) consistently; enabling the gaseous organic molecules (24) and the surface of the base (23) to contact and solidifying the gaseous organic molecules (24) into solid organic molecules (251), the solid organic molecules (251) forming a molecule thin film (25), in which the solid organic molecules (251) of the molecule thin film (25) are consistently polarized.
