Abstract:
Provided are a method and device for generating a call ticket. The method comprises: acquiring call ticket contents generated during the operation of a plurality of types of services; classifying the call ticket contents according to the service types of the plurality of types of services; and generating call ticket files according to the classified call ticket contents, wherein the call ticket files have a uniform naming method and a call ticket content format. The present invention solves the problem that a call ticket can only be customized for a certain specific scenario or a certain specific service, which cannot satisfy the requirements of various types of services for generating a call ticket, so that requirements of various types of telecommunication mobile services for generating a call ticket file can be satisfied.
