A method and device for light compensation for an under-OLED-screen camera (24). The method for light compensation for the under-OLED-screen camera (24) comprises: acquiring the intensity of an external light detected by the under-screen camera (24) with only the external light, the intensity of the external light being the light intensity of the external light reaching the camera (24) through a screen (101); detecting whether the intensity of the external light allows the camera (24) to image (102), and employing, on the basis of the detection result, either an internal light of the screen or a sensor of the camera (24) to compensate the intensity of the external light (103).
