Abstract:
A device for stacked core capable of machining the stacked core at a high speed by maintaining the strength of an angle indexing device, comprising a press (1), a nonuniform motion device (10) for changing the drive of the press (1) from a uniform rotation to a nonuniform rotation, and the angle indexing device (7) connected to the nonuniform motion device (10) through a coupling (20) and connected to the rotatingly driving part of a stacking station (51) of a metal mold (5), wherein a high speed rotation timing outputted from the output shaft (13) of the nonuniform motion device (10) is set within a feed timing to advance the rotation end position of the drive shaft (33) of the angle indexing device (7) more than the feed end position of the feed timing so as to provide a stop interval.
