METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING FLEXIBLE COPPER CLAD LAMINATE

Provided are a device for manufacturing a flexible copper clad laminate and a method therefor. The method for manufacturing a copper clad laminate in the present invention comprises: providing a liquid crystal polymer film, and feeding the liquid crystal polymer film into a drying channel for pre-heating, so as to obtain a pre-heated film; attaching an unwound copper foil to the pre-heated film, and simultaneously feeding the copper foil and the pre-heated film into a heating roller for hot press molding, so as to obtain a copper clad film; cutting the copper clad film by using a cutting device, so as to obtain a semi-finished product; and successively subjecting the semi-finished product to a high-temperature tunnel furnace baking treatment and a low-temperature hot-pressing disc flattening treatment, so as to obtain a flexible copper clad laminate finished product. The method for manufacturing the flexible copper clad laminate in the present invention has a simple process and a relatively low device cost. The stripping force, the thickness uniformity and the appearance of the produced copper clad laminate are all greatly improved in comparison with the prior art.
