Abstract:
A method for measuring and calculating heat leakage of an intermediate joint of a superconducting cable, comprising: collecting the surface heat flux of an outer container along the outer circumference of the outer container from the left side to the right side of the outer container of a low-temperature constant-temperature container, and collecting the surface heat flux of the left side and the right side of the outer container along the axis direction of the outer container; collecting the surface heat flux of the heat insulating pipe from one end of a flexible heat insulating pipe to the other end along the outer circumference of the heat insulating pipe in the axis direction of the heat insulating pipe; calculating the total leakage heat of the intermediate joint of the superconducting cable on the basis of an outer container leakage heat calculation model; and calculating the leakage heat of the heat insulating pipe on the basis of the heat insulating pipe leakage heat calculation model. The measurement and calculation of the leakage heat of the outer container and the heat insulating pipe of the intermediate joint of the superconducting cable are realized, the total leakage heat of the intermediate joint of the superconducting cable and the heat leakage of the heat insulating pipe are obtained, and data support is provided for manufacturing of the intermediate joint of the superconducting cable and the heat insulating pipe on the basis of the heat leakage data. Meanwhile, also provided is a device for measuring and calculating heat leakage of an intermediate joint of a superconducting cable.
