Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for measuring TDP-43 in a biological sample. The non-capture beads used in the method do not bind with immunocomplexes of TDP-43, capture antibody, and detection antibody in the biological sample. Immunocomplexes form on capture beads. The detection antibody and/or the capture antibody recognizes TDP-43 specifically, and the epitope of the capture antibody and the epitope of the detection antibody are different.
