Abstract:
A method and a device for noise filtering of a three-dimensional scanner are disclosed. The scan image processing method according to one embodiment comprises the steps of: acquiring first scan data values about the surface of an object; acquiring second scan data values about the surface of the object; determining first vectors connecting the first scan data values from a virtual focus, or second vectors connecting the second scan data values from the virtual focus; determining whether first vectors cross the second scan data values or second vectors cross the first scan data values; and, if at least one of the first vectors crosses at least one of the second scan data values, deleting a data value associated with the crossed first vector, and, if at least one of the second vectors crosses at least one of the first scan data values, deleting the first scan data value having crossed the second vector.
