Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for processing motion displacement of a pumping unit, comprising: determining a dead center holding area in at least one running stroke of a pumping unit according to low-pass filtered air pressure data, wherein the air pressure data at least comprises an air pressure parameter of the pumping unit in the running stroke; determining a dead center of low-pass filtered acceleration data according to the dead center holding area, and determining a running period of the pumping unit according to the dead center, wherein the acceleration data at least comprises an acceleration parameter of the pumping unit in the running stroke; detecting and adjusting the low-pass filtered acceleration data according to the low-pass filtered air pressure data, so as to verify and adjust the running period of the pumping unit; and determining motion displacement of the pumping unit according to the adjusted acceleration data in the running period of the pumping unit. The method can solve the technical problem that motion displacement calculation of a pumping unit needs a large amount of data processing and cannot be applied to a low-power-consumption application scenario. Also disclosed is a device for processing motion displacement of a pumping unit.
