Abstract:
The present invention facilitates the impregnation of a fiber substrate with a resin material, facilitates the control and management of the temperature and time for curing the resin material, and also facilitates the cleaning of a shaping mold at the time of producing at least two products including a fiber-reinforced resin, even in cases where the structure of the shaping mold is complicated and the volume thereof is large. In order to simultaneously produce a plurality of flat products including a fiber-reinforced resin, first, a shaping mold (11) is prepared wherein a plurality of cavity parts (12a, 12b) having the flat shapes of the respective products are formed so as to overlap each other with a core (13) arranged therebetween. Then, a plurality of products including a fiber-reinforced resin are molded simultaneously by arranging a fiber substrate (1) in each cavity part, injecting a resin material into the shaping mold (11), impregnating the fiber substrates (1) with the resin material, and curing the resin material.
