Abstract:
A method and a device for producing low-carbon olefins and BTX by catalytically cracking a hydrocarbon-containing raw oil. The method comprises splitting the hydrocarbon-containing raw oil into a light distillate oil and a heavy distillate oil; introducing the light distillate oil and a first stream of a catalyst into a down-flow reactor for catalytic cracking to obtain a first catalytically cracked material; and subjecting the first catalytically cracked material to gas-solid separation to obtain a first reaction oil gas and a first spent catalyst; alternatively, sending the first catalytically cracked material to a fluidized bed reactor for catalytic cracking, and then carrying out gas-solid separation to obtain a second reaction oil gas and a second spent catalyst; introducing a continuous catalyst, the heavy distillate oil and a second steam of a catalyst into an up-flow reactor for catalytic cracking, and then carrying out gas-solid separation to obtain a third oil gas and a third spent catalyst; and separating low-carbon olefins and light arenes from the reaction oil gas, separating a light olefin fraction therefrom, and returning the light olefin fraction to the fluidized bed reactor or the up-flow reactor. The method can significantly improve the yield of high-carbon and low-carbon olefins and light arenes, as well as the economy of the device.
