A method and device for producing a variety of sliced ham products, which can single out automatically and efficiently slices of ham dropping by being cut off sequentially from a ham material by a slicer into appropriate patterns and shapes ranging from simple patterns and shapes to complicated patterns and shapes. A receiving unit, which receives dropping slices of ham and acts as a conveyor belt of a carrying out conveyor, is moved in an almost horizontal direction opposite to a slicing direction, during a time interval between dropping of a cut slice of ham and that of the next cut slice of ham, by a forward/reverse rotation drive means of the conveyor belt of the carrying out conveyor as viewed in a carrying out direction and by a means capable of sliding the carrying out conveyor in a direction perpendicular to the carrying out direction.
