Abstract:
According to an embodiment, a method and device are disclosed, the method comprising the steps of: acquiring user information including at least one of age, weight, height, and gender; acquiring sensing information from a wearable sensor, or a sensor attached to a cycle; determining a traveling environment on the basis of the sensing information; determining, on the basis of the traveling environment, a standard cycling method corresponding to the traveling environment; and providing cycle feedback information on the basis of the user information, the sensing information, and the standard cycling method.
