Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a method and device for sending messages, and a storage medium, which ensure that the timing and configuration of a network device and a terminal device can be aligned during a fuzzy period of TDM configuration, thereby reducing the bit error rate and the call drop rate. The aforementioned method comprises: a network device sends a first RRC reconfiguration signaling to a terminal device, the first RRC reconfiguration signaling carrying a first configuration and being used to instruct the terminal device to validate the first configuration or invalidate the first configuration; and the network device receives a first RRC reconfiguration completion signaling sent by the terminal device, the first RRC reconfiguration completion signaling being used to indicate that the first configuration has been validated or invalidated.
