Abstract:
A method and device for performing downlink transmission and reception and uplink transmission and reception in a wireless communication system are provided. A base station transmits subband configuration information for full duplex communication to a terminal. The terminal performs downlink reception or uplink transmission through a subband on the basis of the received subband configuration information, the subband configuration information includes frequency resource configuration information and time resource configuration information, the frequency resource of the subband set on the basis of the time resource configuration information is set on the basis of a common resource block (CRB), and the time resource of the subband set on the basis of on the time resource configuration information is set based on at least one subband pattern having a period.
