Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and device for signaling transmission, and a computer storage medium, for use in solving the technical problem found in the prior art that a large control plane signaling cannot be transmitted. The process of the method for a transmitting device comprises: splitting a radio resource control (RRC) signaling into multiple RRC associated messages according to an agreed transmission mode, where the size of each RRC associated message is no greater than the maximum signaling length supported by the Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP), the agreed transmission mode is a segmented transmission mode employed when transmitting an RRC signaling greater than the maximum signaling length, and the RRC associated messages are RRC messages explicitly or implicitly carrying association information when the RRC signaling is split; and transmitting the multiple RRC associated messages to a receiving device, thus allowing the receiving device to combine the multiple RRC associated messages into the RRC signaling according to the agreed transmission mode.
