Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications, particularly relates to a method and device for signaling transport, data transmission, and establishing a GTP tunnel, and is used for solving the problem in the prior art of it being impossible to guarantee communication by voice service. The method for reporting BSR comprises: if a UE determines that to-be-sent data comprises SIP signaling, then during the process of reporting the BSR of the UE to the base station, reporting first indication information used for indicating that the uplink buffer of said UE contains SIP signaling; in this technical solution, first indication information is reported during the process of reporting the BSR of the UE to the base station; therefore, according to the first indication information, the base station determines that the uplink buffer of the UE contains SIP signaling, so that the base station preferentially allocates an uplink resource to the UE, thereby ensuring that UE voice-service communication is carried out smoothly.
