Abstract:
A method for sticking the adhesive sheet to the base of a wall hanging is disclosed. The method includes the following steps: firstly daubing the bottom surface of the base with liquid glue or solvent or melting the bottom surface of the base by instantaneous high heat, secondly bending the adhesive sheet into an arc, thirdly pressing the adhesive sheet toward the bottom surface of the base, lastly gradually pressing the adhesive sheet downwards to stick the adhesive sheet to the base gradually when the most projecting point in the middle of the arc contacts with the base. A sticking device including an upper die and a lower die is further disclosed. The upper die includes a plate for clamping the adhesive sheet. A clamping groove which can clamp and position the bent adhesive sheet is provided under the clamping plate. A guide hole is set on the clamping plate symmetrically. The lower die includes a plate for holding the base. A guide column cooperating with the guide hole of the adhesive sheet clamping plate is provided on the base holding plate. A groove for installing the base is set on the central position of the holding plate, which is corresponding to the position of the adhesive sheet and can accommodate the base therein.
