Abstract:
A method, a device and a system for adjusting the Target Signal-to-Interference Ratio (SIRtarget) for outer loop power control are disclosed. The system comprises: a base station, used for configuring a weight value for a transmission block according to the size of the transmission block; a radio network controller, used for performing weight correction for the SIRtarget according to the weight value configured for the transmission block by the base station. This technical solution is applicable to the Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) system, and solves the problem of large time delay of the current solution for adjusting the SIRtarget for outer loop power control.
