The present invention provides a method, a device and a system for collecting digital currency, and the method comprises: a cash box establishes a communication connection with a hardware wallet under the condition that the hardware wallet is not connected with a system background; the cash box sends a data acquisition instruction to the hardware wallet; the cash box receives transaction data to be obtained sent by the hardware wallet, the transaction data to be obtained being the whole digital currency transaction data in the hardware wallet that has not been sent to the cash box, and the digital currency transaction data at least comprising a transaction time, a payee, a payer, a digital currency, and a transaction amount; the cash box stores the transaction data to be obtained; and the cash box determines whether the cash box establishes a network connection with the system background, and if so, uploads the transaction data to be obtained to the system background. The transaction data in the one or more hardware wallets is collected through the cash box, so that the transaction data is uploaded to the system background, thus a chain business can conveniently be informed of the business condition of each store, and a statistical analysis can further be carried out on the business condition.
