The present disclosure relates to a method, a device, and a system for providing a human bio-resource distribution service, and the method may comprise the steps of: building a database for human bio-resources subject to distribution; receiving, from a terminal, an application for distribution of a human bio-resource; determining qualification for resource dispensing according to the received application for distribution of the human bio-resource; and as a result of the determination, if there is qualification for resource dispensing with respect to the corresponding human bio-resource, performing control to allow a user of the terminal to receive the resource from a distribution bank.
