Abstract:
According to an aspect of the present invention, a method for recognizing a posture or motion is provided, the method comprising the steps of: acquiring information on a direction or motion of a first device which is worn on a first part of a user's body and a direction or motion of a second device which is worn on a second part of the user's body; and recognizing a posture which the user takes or a motion which the user does, with reference to a relative relationship between the direction or motion of the first device and the direction or motion of the second device.
