A method, a device, and a system for suppressing interference are provided in the embodiments of the present invention, so as to suppress the interference between uplink and downlink signals, and improve the communication quality. Said method comprises: a first base station determining a control channel indication information of a first cell, the first cell being any one of the cells managed by the first base station, and the control channel indication information comprising at least one piece of the following information: control channel indication information of an asynchronous transmission frequency band, which is interfered by a neighboring cell, within the first cell, and control channel indication information of an asynchronous transmission sub-frame, which is interfered by a neighboring cell, within the first cell; and the first base station sending to a second base station the control channel indication information, the second base station being the base station of the neighboring cell. The present invention is applicable to the field of wireless communication.
