Abstract:

According to an embodiment disclosed herein, a terminal method comprises the steps in which a terminal: receives SIB1 including first RACH-ConfigCommon, second RACH-ConfigCommon, third RACH-ConfigCommon, and fourth RACH-ConfigCommon, wherein the first RACH-ConfigCommon is for random access performed in a message 3 non-repetitive mode in a general uplink, the second RACH-ConfigCommon is for random access performed in a message 3 repetitive mode in the general uplink mode, the third RACH-ConfigCommon is for random access performed in a message 3 non-repetitive mode in an additional uplink, and the fourth RACH-ConfigCommon is for random access performed in a message 3 repetitive mode in the additional uplink; selects one of the general uplink or the additional uplink on the basis of a first reference signal reception power threshold value 1; selects the message 3 repetitive mode on the basis of a reference signal reception power threshold value 2 of the selected uplink; and selects an SSB on the basis of a reference signal reception power threshold value 3 of RACH-ConfigCommon corresponding to the selected message 3 repetitive mode of the selected uplink.
