Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are a method and a device for transmitting multicast services, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: an access network element jointly scheduling and transmitting N data blocks, one retransmission of one data block forming one level-one retransmission, M1 continuous level-one retransmissions of the respective N data blocks forming one level-two retransmission; M2 level-two retransmissions forming one joint scheduling and transmission of the N data blocks; N, M1 and M2 being positive integers.
