Abstract:
A method for transmitting public measurement information is provided. The method includes: determining, by a sender, all public measurement information which is to be transmitted; classifying all public measurement information according to measurement types; then multiplexing in order the classified public measurement information in one measurement message, according to the form of classification table of measurement cell, classification table of measurement frequency point and classification table of measurement time slot; transmitting the multiplexed measurement information to a receiver. Accordingly, another method for transmitting public measurement information and a device for transmitting public measurement information are provided by the invention. The problem in the prior art that a system is overload and the system performance is affected owing to the public measurement can be solved effectively by the methods and device of the invention.
