Abstract:
The present application discloses a method and a device used in a node for wireless communication. A first node firstly receives first information, the first information being used for determining a first time value, secondly receives a first signal, the first signal being used for determining a first channel quality, and then the first node determines that a first timer expires and performs an RRC operation. The first channel quality is used for determining a first offset, and the first time value and the first offset are jointly used for determining T1, T1 being a positive integer, and the expiration time of the first timer being equal to T1 milliseconds. The start time value of the first timer is T1 milliseconds, and the first timer counting down to 0 indicates that the first timer expires. In the present application, the first channel quality is used to determine T1, thereby optimizing the timer configuration of the first node, so as to adapt to different application scenarios in wireless communication.
