Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of video playing techniques. Disclosed are a method and device for video transmission, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a first video frame and a second video frame of a video to be transmitted; acquiring difference information between the second video frame and the first video frame; and transmitting the difference information to a video-receiving device, the difference information instructing the video-receiving device to generate, after acquisition of the first video frame, the second video frame on the basis of the difference information and the first video frame. The method for video transmission of the present invention requires a lower bandwidth for video transmission, thereby removing limitations on a video transmission distance, and accordingly enhancing flexibility in video transmission.
