Title:
METHOD OF DISCOVERING BIOACTIVE SUBSTANCE USING PLANTS BASED ON EFFICACY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/194843
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of discovering a bioactive substance using plants based on efficacy, and is intended to discover a lead material for a novel drug by repetitively performing screening experiments based on a phenotype of a developmental biological marker of plants. To achieve this purpose, the present invention provides a method of discovering a bioactive material using plants based on efficacy, which is characterized in that candidate materials for novel drug development are screened by using, as a marker, a specific phenotype expressed in a plant when the plant is treated with a certain material.
