Abstract:
A method for dispensing a milk-containing beverage, whereby a milk-containing beverage comprising milk foam and steamed milk, wherein frothy milk foam, said milk foam being prepared by mixing heated steam with a milk stock solution and air, and liquid steamed milk, said steamed milk being prepared by mixing heated steam with the milk stock solution, are dispensed into a cup C so as to arrange the milk foam as an upper layer in the cup C, is served. The method for dispensing a milk-containing beverage comprising: executing a step for dispensing the milk foam by a controlling unit 90; and then executing a step for dispensing the liquid steamed milk in such a manner as to dispense the steamed milk on the milk foam layer, thereby suppressing the formation of bubbles caused by direct collision of the steamed milk with the cup C.
