Abstract:
A method by which a display device sets a private connection between users is provided. The method may comprise the operations of: displaying a virtual space accessed by a plurality of users, the virtual space including a first avatar of a first user who accesses the virtual space, and a second avatar of a second user who accesses the virtual space; receiving, from a first terminal of the first user, an image acquired by capturing the screen of a display device, the image including the second avatar; acquiring identification information about the second avatar on the basis of the image; transmitting, to a second terminal of the second user, a request for a private connection between the first terminal and the second terminal on the basis of the identification information about the second avatar; and setting the private communication between the first terminal and the second terminal on the basis of the receiving of acceptance of the private connection request from the second terminal.
