Abstract:
Disclosed is an electronic device comprising: a flexible display divided into a first surface and a second surface with respect to a folding axis; and at least one processor operatively connected to the display, wherein the at least one processor displays main content through a first area of the display, senses folding of the display while the main content is displayed, displays, on the basis of the folding angle of the display and the positional relation between the electronic device and a user, the main content through a second area that is smaller than the first area, and displays background content in a third area, which is an area that excludes the second area, and the background content is an image for filling a blank generated by displaying the main content in the second area.
