Abstract:
A method for dome temperature control during the combustion of a hot-blast stove, comprising: acquiring the optimal mixed gas flow and combustion-supporting air flow in a combustion process (S100); combusting a dome according to the optimal mixed gas flow and combustion-supporting air flow, such that the dome temperature reaches a target temperature (S200); and adjusting each gas flow proportion in the mixed gas flow or adjusting the air-fuel ratio, such that the dome temperature after having reached the target temperature is maintained within a preset temperature range (S300). The beneficial effects are that it is guaranteed that large fluctuations in dome temperature will not occur in a combustion process, energy may be saved, and the usage service life of a hot-blast stove is prolonged.
