Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for drive test minimization, a network management system and a base station. The method for drive test minimization comprises: a base station receives, from a network management system, a message indicating a job associated with drive test minimization, said message comprising at least one tracking area information item; and when a cell of the base station satisfies a preset condition, performing drive test minimization in the cell of the base station, wherein the preset condition comprises inclusion of a tracking area information item of the cell of the base station in the at least one tracking area information item and activation of a drive test minimization function of the cell of the base station.
