Abstract:
Provided is a method for dyeing and color-fixing with supercritical carbon dioxide, the method comprising the following steps: cloth dyeing, involving: placing a cloth in a dyeing apparatus, adding a disperse dye to the dyeing apparatus, with the mass of the disperse dye being 1%-3% of the mass of the cloth, and adding a color-fixing agent, with the mass of the color-fixing agent being 5%-8% of the mass of the disperse dye, and at the same time, introducing a supercritical carbon dioxide fluid into the dyeing apparatus, and controlling the temperature inside the dyeing apparatus at 130-160ºC, the pressure therein at 9-12 MPa, and the dyeing time to 40-50 minutes; and temperature reduction and discharging, involving: with the critical temperature kept constant, slowly discharging a dry medium, i.e. the carbon dioxide fluid, through an outlet valve in the apparatus, and at the same time, reducing the temperature in the interior of a drying apparatus by using an air cooling apparatus until the temperature of the cloth reaches around 35ºC, and removing the cloth and leaving same to stand in natural conditions for 4-6 hours.
