Title:
METHOD FOR EFFICIENTLY PRODUCING 3D MIDBRAIN-LIKE ORGANOID THROUGH SPECIFIC ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE PROCESSING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/124450
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for differentiating of 3D dopaminergic midbrain organoids by using specific electromagnetic waves. The method can significantly enhance the efficiency of production of dopamine neuron 3D differentiated organoids. It has been specifically confirmed that symptoms of Parkinson's disease can be effectively alleviated through the method. Consequently, it is expected that a more fundamental approach is possible for targeted treatment of a degenerative cranial nerve disorder.
