Abstract:
A method for generating training data and a device for generating training data are provided, the method comprising: acquiring a first image including an object corresponding to a learning target; acquiring a background image including no object on the basis of a second image captured at the same viewpoint as that of the first image; identifying a region of interest including the object in the first image; acquiring a region of interest image corresponding to the region of interest from the background image; determining first target training data, which corresponds to object context determined on the basis of a ratio of a width and a height of the region of interest image, from among pre-generated original training data; and generating synthetic training data including at least a part of the background image by modifying a first training image included in the first target training data on the basis of the region of interest image.
