Abstract:
The invention is used for the pasta industry. The inventive method for equalising the length of pasta products according to a paste extruder die consists in supplying a pasta flow at pressure to a die which is provided with shaping elements and in dividing said flow into said shaping elements with the aid of dividing channels in the form of holes which connect the internal space of a pasta extruder to the shaping elements. The division of the flow towards each shaping element is carried out with the aid of a dividing channel which corresponds thereto, and the equalisation of the product length is carried out by selecting or calculating the strength of the dividing channels. The inventive die for the pasta extruder comprises a perforated base provided with the shaping elements arranged therein. Each dividing channel is embodied in such a way that it makes it possible to connect the internal space of said pasta extruder to one of the shaping elements and to modify the strength thereof.
