Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application disclose a method for establishing a relay bearer and a communication apparatus, which are applicable to fields such as V2X, Internet of Vehicles, Intelligent Connected Vehicle and auxiliary driving, and used for establishing a relay bearer, so that a relay can transmit data between a first terminal and a second terminal by means of the relay bearer. The method of the embodiments of the present application comprise: receiving a first parameter set, sent by a first terminal, for establishing a relay radio link control (RLC) bearer; further receiving a first configuration message sent by a network device, the first configuration message comprising a second parameter set corresponding to the relay RLC bearer; and the relay establishing, on the basis of the first parameter set received from the first terminal and the second parameter set acquired from the network device, a relay RLC bearer corresponding to a first link, the first link being a link between the relay and the second terminal, so that data transmission between the first terminal and the second terminal by means of the relay can be implemented. The present application further provides a communication apparatus, for establishing a relay bearer.
