Abstract:
A method for estimating the position of an electromechanical energy conversion double-sided switched reluctance linear electric motor rotor. The electric motor comprises two stators and one rotor, wherein the two stators are respectively provided at two sides of the rotor. Each phase of stator winding consists of four concentrated coils, and two concentrated coils are respectively provided on the stator of each side. The two concentrated coils on the stator of one side are connected in series to constitute a stator winding u, and the two concentrated coils on the stator of the other side are connected in series to constitute a stator winding d; and on-line detection is performed on an inductance value of the stator winding u and an inductance value of the stator winding d, and calculation is performed to obtain an overlap distance value d of a stator pole and a rotor pole, so that the position of the rotor is obtained. The precision of the estimation method is not influenced by the degree of eccentricity of the rotor, and is suitable for double-sided switched reluctance linear electric motors of various phase numbers.
