Abstract:
A method of preliminarily evaluating the efficacy of a treatment with a nucleotide or a nucleoside having an antitumor or antiviral effect on individual patients as a pre−treatment for tailor−made therapy&semi medicinal compositions for the evaluation&semi a screening method for finding out a drug having an antitumor or antiviral effect&semi a method of searching for a function mechanism of an antitumor agent or an antiviral agent in vivo&semi etc. Namely, use is made as an indication of a change in the expression dose or activity of a protein relating mainly to any of the sequences represented by SEQ ID NOS: 1 to 4 before and after the administration of the nucleotide or nucleoside.
