Abstract:
This invention relates to a method for evaluating the state of cell differentiation during the process of inducing differentiation from an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPS cell) to a retinal pigment epithelial cell. This invention further relates to a method for evaluating the state of cell differentiation during the process of inducing differentiation from an embryonic stem cell (ES cell) to a retinal pigment epithelial cell.
