Abstract:
In the present invention, task record information on one maintenance task that is stored in a task record database 24 includes first information on a date on which the one maintenance task was executed. Evaluation reference information on one facility that is stored in a facility evaluation database 25 includes a value determination rule for determining an evaluation value representing a value of the one facility. The value determination rule for one facility determines the evaluation value of the one facility on the basis of at least one of a period of time elapsed since the execution of at least one maintenance task that can be executed for the one facility, the number of times the at least one maintenance task is executed, and the frequency of the execution thereof. A facility evaluation device 1 acquires an evaluation value by applying the first information on one or more maintenance tasks to the value determination rule for the evaluation reference information, for each of one or more facilities provided in a specific building.
