Abstract:
The present invention provides a method executed by a user equipment (UE), and a UE. The method comprises: the UE receives a radio resource control (RRC) message sent by a base station; and when the RRC message comprises a complete configuration field, the UE executes a complete configuration process, wherein the method for the UE to perform complete configuration is: if the RRC message comprises a reconfigurationWithSync cell and the UE is serving as an L2 U2N Remote UE, the UE uses a default value for a timer T311.
