The present invention relates to the technical field of medicine, and particularly relates to a preparation method for cannabidiol (CBD). The preparation method of the present invention comprises the steps of extraction, decarboxylation, acidic water sedimentation, purification, crystallization, etc. In the present invention, conversion and decarboxylation after extraction can make decarboxylation more complete; acidic water sedimentation greatly improves the yield of cannabidiol (CBD); chromatography and purification by means of a macroporous ion exchange resin achieves a better impurity removal effect; and the dynamic crystallization process by means of the combination of a scraper paddle and a specific menstruum has a higher crystallization efficiency and is more suitable for large-scale production, and the physical characteristics of the obtained crystal are relatively better, facilitating the subsequent formulation development. The CBD raw material prepared by means of the method of the present invention can meet the requirements of injection level, and extends the scope of modern applications.
