Abstract:
The invention provides a method of extracting deoxyadenosines components from cordyceps sinensis, the method includes the following steps: cordyceps sinensis strains are cultured artificially, after that, the obtained fermentative microorganism used as raw material are extracted by hyper−critical CO2 method, in which entraining agents are selected from reagents such as alcohol, water or propane, then separated under vacuum. This method doesn't effect the activities of the active composition, it is toxic−less and unflammable, can't contaminate the environment, no remain solvent, and no heavy−metal ions etc., and it can rapidly obtain nature active components of cordyceps sinensis strains, and also can utilize raw material integrately.
