Abstract:
A method for extracting stevioside RD. The method comprises the following steps: providing a solution containing stevioside RD, wherein the pH of the glycoside solution is 5 to 6; at 20-25℃, causing a macroporous neutral adsorption resin to come in contact with a glycoside solution derived from stevia rebaudiana; maintaining the temperature for 5-15 minutes, then slowly heating to 50-60℃, maintaining the temperature for 15-20 minutes, and then slowly cooling to 30-40℃; causing the step S3 macroporous neutral adsorption resin having the adsorbed glycoside to come in contact with an elution solvent of ethanol and water, so as to obtain an enriched solution enriched with stevioside RD; separating the enriched solution from S5 to obtain a crystalline wet solid containing stevioside RD; using a methanol alcohol solution with a methanol volume fraction of 40-70% as a crystallization solvent so as to crystallize the crystalline wet solid from S6, and filtering and collecting crystals; drying the crystals at low temperature and reduced pressure, then crushing and filtering to obtain a high-content stevioside RD powder. The present solution for enriched production of stevioside RD greatly reduces the number of operation steps in the RD production process, thereby increasing production efficiency.
