Abstract:
Provided is a milk microbial DNA extraction method for use in direct PCR amplification, comprising: using a TE solution to treat milk, using a bead mill to fully destroy microbial cells, and using high-vacuum silicone grease to fix proteins in an intermediate layer of an aqueous phase and an organic phase so as to prevent impurities of the intermediate layer from entering the aqueous phase, and so on. The quality of the extracted DNA is intact, and the concentration and purity thereof is high.
